Hi, I’m Tyler. I am a strategist, storyteller, and connector at the intersection of media, technology, and creator culture.
I started in the WME mailroom as an agent trainee learning the entertainment business from the ground up, literally. Since then, my career has taken me across the media, tech, and creator economy landscape, helping platforms and brands navigate the constantly evolving challenges and opportunities shaping the industry.
Today, I run TLW, a consulting practice where I help brands and creators grow through strategic partnerships. Whether it’s developing creator programs, launching campaigns, or designing event strategies, I’m focused on helping clients tell authentic stories and meaningfully connect with their audiences. I also publish a bi-monthly Substack called TY MEDIA GUY where I share thoughts on what makes this industry a fun and exciting space to pay attention to.
Previously, I scaled partnerships at Meta, advised creators at Spotter, and most recently piloted a creator engagement program for The Webby Awards. Along the way, I’ve developed a breadth of experience across the digital media ecosystem including product, marketing, and policy—weaving a thread of creativity, innovation, and community into the work I do.
I have an MBA from Wharton, a BA from Stanford, and a passion for building awesome things. The new era of the Internet–and media–is just getting started, and I’m excited to bring you along for the ride! 🚀
